The World Market Securities office is a branch of the MCB Stockbrokers BU. Already providing our services to the MCB for the Raymond Lamusse Building at Port Louis, we were commissioned to provide our interior design services for the new premises which is now located at One Cybercity, Ebene.
The brief was to provide a contemporary environment for this office which mainly deals with foreign companies, notably in Switzerland. one executive and the other, a back office which also includes a traders' room.
The request was achieved using a combination of minimalist and warm treatment to walls and false ceiling, white canopies, timber claddings, timber pergolas and timber posts linked with intelligent lighting systems and flooring patterns. Our design approach was to provide a sense of openess with a certain vibrancy and a contemporary feel from the reception area to all the other office areas and meeting rooms, encouraging a convenient working environment.
