The project is located on the eastern side of the island namely at Belle Mare, next to the Long Beach Resort, Due to prevailing winds, careful site analysis of all site conditions have been studied to provide the best orientation to all the living spaces facing the sea front. A key strategy to create generous level for the various blocks was to play with the existing site levels and to elevate the main level on a plinth so that all living spaces shall have sea views.
