THE PHOENIX MALL STATION

The project consist of the renovation and extension of existing Mall at Phoenix to connect to the new Metro Station.

For this project, we were inspired by American distilleries, European flea markets & openings designs, Mexican folklore, South African old wineries and warehouses.

Our three objectives....
1. LOCATION
Creating a space which embraces and orchestrates a dissonant symphony of LOCAL artisans, artists, retailers & manufacturers.

2. EXPERIENCE
Revisiting & adapting clever elements from local markets, street food, malls, super-markets & food courts to create a thriving & contemporary food hall EXPERIENCE.

3. COMMUNITY
In the face of online shopping, food has become a vital part of retail to attract and secure customers. Our objective is to design a place for retail that doubles as a gathering place for people as a COMMUNITY.
