The Client is a major property developer in Madagascar and the company decided to move into a new building called The Cube.
The brief for the company’s new headquarters was an open plan, transparent office emphasizing on using environmental friendly materials with a touch of unique sophistication. The design expresses the social and sustainable values of the company with the use of local timber. Most of the exposed concrete ceiling were left bare. This created an office space with higher ceiling heights with great daylights and views of the city.
Informal meeting areas and closed meeting rooms are centralized with a large exhibition area located next to the entrance lobby to display models and pictures of ongoing projects.
